We recommend booking a 75-min session for your initial visit. The reason for this is that my introduction takes 20-30 minutes to get through which means if you book a 50-min session you will likely only have 20-30 minutes to share.

How you share is up to you—you can tell your story, i can ask guiding questions, or we can leave the context for another time and just focus on helping you survive today.
